By accessing PilotPractice, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our software is designed to assist with exam preparation for Transport Canada written exams.
2. Question Bank Accuracy
While we strive for 100% accuracy, PilotPractice is a study tool. The official study and reference guides from Transport Canada are the final authority on all exam content.
3. Subscription & Access
Subscription access is granted on a per-user basis. Sharing credentials or scraping question data is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
4. Trademark Disclaimer
Transport Canada is a registered trademark of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada. PilotPractice is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Transport Canada or the Government of Canada.
